WINTER PARK CONDOMINIUM

Welcome to the website of Suzanne and Beau Whitney.  We are the Owners of two wonderful two bedroom first floor condominiums in Winter Park with easy access to both the ski slopes and the Town of Winter Park. The units are side by side and can be rented together or individually. Since we use the condos ourselves we make sure that they are clean and in excellent condition year around.  We have arranged the information so that you can find it easily. If you have any questions please do not hesistate to contact us either by email or phone.  Our unit has a no smoking policy and pets are not allowed in any of the condominiums by guests due to condo regulations.

Walk down the couple of steps from the parking lot.  The door you see on the bottom level is one unit and the other is to the left behind the stair tower - you are there! You are looking from where your car would be parked.
