Once we have confirmed availability of one or both of our units with you, we will require one night”s rent as a deposit within 7 days of our confirming availability.   The balance of the rental is due thirty days prior to the date of arrival. Deposit and final payment are refundable up to twenty one days prior to the date of departure in the event of a cancellation. If you must cancel less than three weeks prior to arrival, we will endeavor to re-rent the unit.  If we are able to secure another reservation for the same time period, we will refund all payments less a $75 cancellation processing fee.

Once you arrive, there will be no refunds for premature departure.

Deposits and payments can be by personal check, money order, or paypal. Please make sure that you include your address and phone number.
