When you rent either or both of our condominiums directly from us, you will know what you are getting when you arrive in Winter Park. Renting from agencies gives you no guarantee that the unit for which you are provided information is the one in which you will actually stay. They will move people around to suit their needs.

Our units are in the Beaver Village Condominiums, and feature two full baths, ample storage space for skis or other outdoor equipment and each unit sleeps six easily.  Since we are on the first floor,  you do not have to haul your luggage up flights of stairs at the end of a long trip!  Our units are next door to each other, which makes it easy for you to come with family or friends and all stay together. Our units are non-smoking and we do not allow pets so that we can maintain comfortable surroundings for both our guests and ourselves.

 Our units have free wireless internet capability.   If  you need to print airline boarding passes, you can use the computer in the main building where you register upon your arrival.  You will receive logon information when you arrive and can use the internet in our units at your convenience.

There is a bus stop  just outside of your door. The free “lift busses” will take you to the resort, to the town on Winter Park and up to Fraser. The front desk can supply you with more information on the extensive bus service that is available! The Beaver Village condos also operate an additional bus to and from the ski resort during the morning and afternoon hours. If you choose to walk, you are but five minute walk from downtown Winter Park.

 There is an indoor pool with two hot tubs, a sauna and a small game room in the main building of the condo complex.. They also have several coin operated washers and dryers.  All linens and towels are provided and, if you stay for a week or more, we pick up the cleaning tab.

As these are not “investment properties”, but rather places that our family looks forward to using, we have tried to add touches to make it seem more like home. The “711 and 712 libraries” are stocked with books that we and others have read.  Take one with you if you have not finished it at the end of your stay.  All we ask is that you replace it with another book that you have finished. There are a number of games stored under the televisions in the living room for kids as well as adults. We have a television with DVD player and VCR in the living room and a television in each bedroom. The condo management company has DVDs available at the check in location.  In addition, there are several locations in Winter Park which will rent movies. Since we have multiple televisions in each unit, you do not need to worry about those times when a concensus just can’t be reached on what to watch!
