We have set our rates 20-30% below the”going rate.”  How do we do this?  Simple, we do not have to share the rental income with a management company so we pass the savings on to you.  It is a competitive market so we want to make ourselves attractive to those who want a well kept, convenient lodging for either Winter sports or Summer fun.
