When you rent our condominium you will know what you are getting when you arrive in Winter Park. Renting from agencies gives you no guarantee that the unit for which you are provided information is the one in which you will actually stay. They will move people around to suit their needs.

Our unit features two full baths, ample storage space for skis or other outdoor equipment and easily sleeps six. Being on the first floor,  you do not have to haul your luggage up flights of stairs at the end of a long trip.  We are a non-smoking unit and do not allow pets so that we can maintain comfortable surroundings for both our guests and ourselves.

Something that has become almost a necessity at this point is internet access. Our unit has free wireless internet capability.  You will receive logon information when you arrive and can use the internet at your convenience.

This condominium is located in the Beaver Village Condominium complex and is a short five minute bus ride from the Winter Park ski area and a five minute walk from downtown Winter Park.  For those of you who are not familiar with Winter Park, there is very little parking at the ski area.  However, there is free bus service to and from the ski area, downtown and even to Fraser, which is the next town north.  Beaver Village Condos supplements the bus service during the busy morning and afternoon times with their own bus. 

Available in the Beaver Village complex for all guests to use is an indoor pool with two hot tubs and a sauna and a small game room.  They also have several coin operated washers and dryers. These are located in the main building where you pick up your key. All linens and towels are provided and if you stay for a week or more, we pick up the cleaning tab.

As this is not an “investment property”, but rather a place that we look forward to using, we have tried to add touches to make it seem more like home.  The “711 Library” is stocked with books that we and others have read.  Take one with you if you have not finished it at the end of your stay.  All we ask is that you replace it with another book that you have finished. There are a number of games stored under the television for kids as well as adults. We have a television with DVD player and VCR in the living room and a television in each bedroom.   You do not need to bring your own video tapes or DVD’s.  The condo management company has DVD’s available at the check in location.  In addition, there are several locations in Winter Park which will rent movies.  Since we have three televisions, you do not need to worry about those times when a concensus just can’t be reached on what to watch.   The living room also has a stereo with CD and casette player.
